Charles Nicholas, better known as Nick still heads the team after 25 years.
Nick has exhibited in many Australian and International hair expos including Salon International in London.
Nick demonstrated hair extensions and dreadlock techniques to packed audiences in London ,Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
Nick has travelled to Singapore ,China and Italy searching for the best human hair.
Today Nick purchases human hair from the United States.
Dreadlock products are imported from the United States, Germany and New Zealand.
Nick is a senior stylist who is very experienced in all aspects of hairdressing including bonded hair extensions and wig selection and shaping.

Staff Profile
	Charles Nicholas Penn Charles founded the business. Better known as Nick, First started hairdressing in 1973. Has demonstrated hairdressing in London's Salon International at Wembley and most major cities in Australia and also in Singapore.. Nick has been passionate about all aspects of hairdressing and helped pioneer dreadlock techniques and hair extensions techniques in Australia. Nick is also a former president of the International Hair Stylists Society (IHS) Nick has been featured several times on TV regarding hair extensions and when contracted to a leading American hair company, Helene Curtis .
	Sonya Bowden Sonya is a most dedicated stylist, and now owner, of Charles Nicholas. As well as having her work published in various fashion magazines, she has been a session stylist for JTV and for the Annual Australian Fashion Week each year since 2006. Sonya is continually studying and performing shows in Sydney and is also now a Redken Colour Specialist. Sonya specialises in multi-technique hair extensions, dreadlocks, braiding, make-up artistry, colour and styling.
	Casey Grant Casey has been a continually keen member of the Charles Nicholas Team. She has excellent rapport with her clients and is an excellent hair stylist. Casey also assists with various shows and photo shoots and has a passion for make-up and colour.
